Getting my hair done tomorrow!!

aww I look like a racoon lol my roots are so bad!!! always nervous when getting my hair done. I always walk out with ginger roots because of the hormones! takes weeks to tone it down by the time I got it good, I gotta dye it again!!!.lol never ending battle!! :/

any ladies have hair dye stories! how did your hormones react to the dye???

yeah that's the hormones. my hair would go beautiful platnuim blonde before pregnant now its like urrrrgh lol I get foils so the dye doesn't connect with my scalp. so ginger isn't as bad as an all over would be. still suck to have the ginger! I get mine proffesionally done and still doesn't make a difference!!. ohhh well :/

I had my hair done at the beginning of my second trimester. It was supposed to be a light auburn brown color but all my hormones made it come out a really really dark reddish mocha brown. It has taken awhile and some fading to get used to but I love it now.

It's completely safe to dye it when pregnant. And my hair will not go blonde for some reason it stays an ugly orange and also will not tone

dying hair is safe after the first trimester. my doc says so my midwife says so majority of pregnant woman say so and hairdressers say so!! it comes down to personal prefference. the homones can change the colour of you hair tho!!

Yes you can dye your hair just make sure your in a well ventilated space

I also hear its not good to dye your hair while pregnant. ...if this isn't the case I can go and stop looking crazy lol

Hi I've been dying to dye my hair for since I found out I was pregnant nearly 19 weeks now. And I never dyed it for a good month or 2 before. But I ain't dyed it cos I've had a few people telling me I can't dye it while I'm pregnant, so I just believed them? So can I dye my hair?
