Try any kind of hard candies you can suck on like suckers! Its so hard for me to eat sometimes, also sprite helps if you don't like ginger ale

If you get tired of drinking water, put some lime or lemon juice in it for flavor. That's the only way I can drink water. If you ever have any questions, you can pm me and we can exchange numbers. I know being a ftm is tough

Sour candies helped me out, it doesn't hurt to try them. Also drink Gatorade just to stay hydrated

would sour candy really help? because i love sour candy. I might have to go to walmart and pick some up then because I'm gagging on everything i try to eat and i start to cry because its so frustrating.

Yeah I'm the same way especially when eating rich foods. crackers, ginger ale help settle your stomach. I have an easier time eating simple soups or fruit  like watermelon

Yup, completely normal. Try eating bland stuff like crackers. Also what helped me out a lot with my first pregnancy was eating sour candies. I hope you feel better!
