Getting sick
What can I take while being sick , my head hurts stuffy nose , sneezing away ugh !!
What I do as well when i feel like im coming down with something, other than taking my prenatal vitamins, i take vitamin c and zinc during the first onset of symptoms. You can ask your doctor as well before trying all these suggestions
Extra Strength Tylenol is what my doctor usually recommend for those symptoms . Also for headaches you can try Head On or if you prefer an alternative you can drink 4oz of caffeine like soda iced tea or green tea. For a stuffy nose you can try normal saline drops , xclear nasal wash (over the counter) or an alternative is eucalyptus inhalants
