Giant uterus

About 2wks ago I had my first ultrasound at 9wks pregnant. My uterus was HUGE! I talkin the size of the baby would have to be 5 times bigger to touch the other side of my womb. And my uterus looked like it pinched(?) towards the middle. Possibly twins??? It runs on both mine and the fathers side of the family.

I'm having twins, they were both obviously there at 8 weeks....and it only matters I'd they run on the mothers side.

No he didn't. But whenever we told him that twins runs on both sides he got really surprised. But my mother-in-law said she's never seen a uterus that big that early. Baby was sitting right on momma's cervix. Then the uterus was huge. Ill call it Shamu from now on

Did the doctor mention that your uterus seemed larger than normal?  A 9 week fetus shouldn't fill up a uterus - it should be like a little marble in a big pouch.  ;D
