Glucose Test.

So I took the one hour test and I didn't pass it :/ I am to take the three hour test soon. How do I pass it? I am planning on going on a very strict diet. Any else I should do? How did you pass the test?

Fast before you're three hour so they get an accurate reading I had to take the three hour one also n now in a couple weeks I go for my gd test for this pregnancy

I didn't pass I have gestational diabetes ... just diet watch sweets and carbs .... drink a lot of water. They are prob gonna wanna do a 3 hr test on you and see if you pass that one.

What about salt? My mom says to be careful not to have too much of that too.

I passed the 1hr but all I did was Not any suger two days prior to the test and no sugar that morning.
