So my appointment for gestational diabetes blood test is today and I have the lime flavored drink....I have a couple of hours before I drink it but I already feel so nauseous!! How can I avoid throwing up?

Make sure it's cold it will taste better  and easy to drink

I had to drink mine in front of the kitchen sink cause I was so worried id puke. the lime one isn't that bad just drink it fast and try not to think about it to much
