Going crazy

Ok all day i have been crying hysterically to the point of hyperventilating. I can't tell if it's depression because i used to be on depression meds or if it's hormones. I feel so alone, can't stop crying i feel like giving up and do t want to be pregnant. Is this normal or should i go see a doctor because i feel like I'm going to lose control.

They already said I'm high risk for depression but it just started today and my first appointment was yesterday. I've been on anxiety meds my whole life and I'm just about to get off them I've been weaning off of them, and was on meds for depression. Literally stopped crying 2 hours ago just been watching TV and my appetite is poor today. So hopefully it's better tomorrow

Hi there.  Depression is something that there is clinical criteria for.  One of them is that you feel that way every day for at least two weeks.  You could be having an awful day.  See how you feel tomorrow.  If you feel out of control where you might be a danger to yourself or are having issues breathing, eating, etc. then yes, go ahead and call your doctor.  You'll also want to tell your doctor about this even if it isn't ever day because once the baby is born is when lots of women have trouble with depression and anxiety of a clinical nature.  They will want to monitor this to you to get you help if you need it hon.  good luck
