Green and Pink Discharge

I just turned 25 weeks today and I went to the bathroom just a second ago and when I wiped I got a nice size of very very light pink and green discharge does that mean im losing my mucus plug or is something else going wrong? And is it to early to be losing my mucus plug? Im just asking just incase I need to go to the emergency room I have no cramping or no soreness I feel completely normal
