headaches all day
Idk what to do to get rid of this headache. It's been bugging me since after my doctors appointment which was at 9:30am. I have no idea what causing but kinda like something is squishing my head. Im 9 weeks pregnant and idk what to take or do.
I suffered with these in both pregnancies.. it was like i could barely open my eyes. Luckily its passed Now after 14/15 weeks but just lay down close ur eyes and put a cold flannel on your head.. drink plenty of water and take a paracetamol.
You can take Tylenol, or try a can of soda. Caffeine helps mine a lot but don't drink to many. Feel better!
