My sister was dialated to a 1 at her doctor appointment, told her to go walk for an 1 hour straight, so we went walking, went back to the doctor was dialated to a 3 and got sent straight to the hospital and had my niece at 3:13 a.m. so it just all really depends on the baby, and yourself.

Evening primrose I have heard lots of good things come from it. Less tearing when you give birth you could take orally and vaginal at night to help your cervix but ask your doctor first I don't wanna tell you something that will hurt I bought some evening primrose at Walmart for 5 dollars

Squats opening your pelvic floor will help. 100% lavender oil baths help the cervix has to be warm water and you have to be in there alteast 20 min. Red leaf rasberry tea is meant to help start labor too

Castor oil helped me go into labor. It puts you on the toliet but moves them contractions right along.
