Have you tried ginger ale/ ginger beer? Ginger anything really is good for settling your stomach. Eating something plain first thing in the morning is good too (Water crackers, butter sandwich, arrowroot biscuit, ect.). Also if you crave something, eat it, whatever you crave will make you feel better. (:
Small, more frequent meals. I used to have to eat a few crackers before I even got out of bed. Sour candies helped me a lot during the day between meals. I know its tough, but it will get better. I felt much better after my 13th week. And congrats!!!!
