Buy Prevacid off the counter , ob recommended it for me & it has worked.
I've struggled with it my whole life! Don't eat before bed, drink milk, take tums, sleep with your head propped up. Some things that can make heartburn worse, acidic foods, greasy foods, eating a lot at once, being constipated, caffeine, chocolate and foods with a high salt content or fat content! Drink water but not too much because that can too actually cause heartburn.
I personally just kinda deal with it, but when it becomes unbearable I drink a big glass of milk. It helps alot. But idk if that works for everyone
