anybody else dealing with NO air conditioner in this heat?? what should I do, I can't even move around I'm so hotmuch less take a good breath, it's absolutely ridiculous!=(

thank u ladies I'll try some, I also have windows up and fan on but it's absolutely miserable it's making me feel sick and want to sleep all day

I bought these things at Wal-Mart called frogg toggs. they are like towels and were with the camping stuff and were under ten dollars. you wet them and they hold the water and keep it cool. my husband has a delivery job and his van has no ac not to mention loading and unloading everything...his stays wet all day and keeps him very cool. I cut mine and put one piece on my stomach, one on my forehead, and one under my neck....it is wonderful!

Yes and it s u c k s! I have all my windows up and a fan on. It helps a little bit. Just drink lots of water or keep a cool cloth on your forehead (:

take a cool bath or shower to help cool you down some. thats what i do when i get way to hot.
