Keep trying to eat more then that, crackers, toast, fruits, even if you throw it up it's good to have it in your system for a bit. I hope you feel better, as for the depression, talk to a doctor about it, depression isn't healthy even when you aren't pregnant.
Thank You for the help im drinking as much water as i can. Im not really sure if its morning sickness cause it happend when the depression came and im eating smoothies and the applesauce sorry and the apple sauce its the little packets to go..
Before pregnancy I weighed 121 then with morning sickness I dropped to a 107 and I'm just now back to 120 at 22 weeks so don't worry to much I couldn't eat anything so I just ate fruit! Try to drink water and juice to stay hydrated and something once a day with protein like milk, a teaspoon of peanut butter, nuts, any kinda meat, cheese you don't need to much. Your baby doesn't need much right now

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage and your morning sickness but applesauce is definitely not enough plus you need to stay hydrated so make sure you're drinking at least water but you really need to see your dr asap good luck hun
Before my pregnancy I weighed 191 now I weigh 177 and I'm only 9 weeks. I've had to go to the ER 2 times for iv fluids. If you feel weak or constant headaches then go to the ER. If you can't keep nothing down in a 24 hour period go to the ER
Applesauce isn't enough but if this is all u can keep down eat about 15 per day & take your prenatals.
