Try to eat fruit every day or a smoothie. Itll help things flow but your prenatals could make u constipated :/

I drink prune juice & eat prune every time I can I don't like taking medicine because some take wayyy longer than the juice I also drink white grape juice but don't eat or drink apple that will make it worst.
Yeah, I'm drinking half caff coffee right now. It helped a bit. But I drank some yesterday too, and NOTHING!
Drink lots of water! Eating things like prunes, pears, apples and other things high in fibre... I find drinking coffee even like half a cup can help!
I'll be 25 weeks Saturday. And I feel like I'm straining. Doc told me not to strain, but if I feel the need to go, I'm gonna do everything I can. Nurse said I could take colace. Just drink plenty of water. I feel like I'm drowning in water!
