HELP!!! Opinions on inducement!?

Im 39+5 and i have an appt later on today. I feel like maybe my doctor MIGHT ask if I want induced since I turn 40wks this Saturday. But I also have an appt on the 18th. If he asks, should I go ahead and schedule one? Or should I say no and wait one more week? Also, my birthday is on the 20th. I have had no complications and neither has baby at all and I'm really hoping my daughter will make her appearance on her own.. I am not dialated, but thinned. Advice, anyone? What do you ladies suggest???

I was just induced on Tuesday and it was honestly a much better labor experience for me then when I had my first naturally. Not to say that is the case for everyone.

If I were u I'd wait another week. I was induced with my first and although I had a pretty easy and fast labor I would of much rather went into labor naturally, it's not really the same when you have a date and time to go and have ur baby, you've waited this long so one more week will pass fast and hopefully you'll go into labor yourself,if your doctor asks you then just ask what she thinks is best. x
