HELP horrible cough and cold

I have a horrible cough, im coughing so much my belly hurts. Also, my head is starting to ache. Is there anything that we can take? Im 24wks 3 days. Thanks in advance mamas

I'm 24 weeks 3 days too and I have a cough too. The midwife told me to take honey and lime. Dnt know if it's gonna work. Cnt take any medicine.

If you're looking for something natural get pineapple juice. It seriously cleared my cough up so fast! Make sure it's 100% juice though. I like it cold. And as far as medicine goes I like sudafed. When I was really sick it got me better in less than a week.

I had the flu this whole past week and felt the worst! My ob approved for me to take Robitussin DM non alcohol and sudafed, I took the robitussin and it helped a lot for my coughing and congestion! What also helped for my nasal congestion was linden leaves tea with honey, hope this helps and hope you feel better xoxo :)
