I've been using palmers cocoa butter and palmers tummy butter. Only one stretch mark on my belly so far. I'm 34 weeks. Unfortunately my boobs and bum weren't so lucky :/
Right now I'm just using st. Ives lotion with vitamin E. Lots of other people use bio oil which is specifically for stretch marks and scars. And others use vitamin E and just cut them open and rub it on themselves.
You can't prevent stretch marks there hereditary but you can use stuff to prevent them from getting bad and deep
I woke up with some Today and I been using oils and creams it's just the way it is. It's worth it though
I mudt have got sooo lucky throughtout this whole thing as i havnt got 1 (yet) im 38 wks +4, i have been using a cheaper version of bio oil, at the beginning i used to exfoliate my belly quite alot with exfoliating gloves, maybe this has helped... if it was hereditary i would have them.. x
Buy mum to be products!!!! They are simply amazing!! I got a few marks on my butt but this firming cream made them go away completely! You have to rub deeply and a bit rough but it a miracle worker and it doesn't smell like cocoa butter. It's not that expensive either! :)
Use Papaya!!! It really works I had some on my butt, hips, and thighs and they have been slowly disapearing. I usually liquify it and rub it on those parts of my body. Wait 20-30 mins & then take a shower try it!!!!#
Used cocoa butter and st Ives stretch mark lotion my entire pregnancy I was putting it on 24-7 felt like. An they were not visible until after I had my daughter the stretch marks were horrible there hge purple and all on the front of my belly nothing u can really do about it
Baby oil when you get out the shower before drying skin ... then coca butter .
I used it on first pregnancy and got none.. until after birth I got one pink line on my side/hip .
Second pregnancy now & I've three (1 is from 1st pregnancy) all on my hip!
None on my bum legs etc :)
I don't believe they are hereditary. .. my sister was ripped with stretch marks and my mam.
so unless I'm not actually related to them :/
