HELP

Ok now that I have your attention. Im 37+4 weeks I went on a thirty minute walk an hour ago. I have been getting contractions since. I'm now feeling leaking. Do I lay down and cough three times and then sit up?

Technically im not due until September 15 but im ready for my princess and I have been experiencing contractions since 34+1 weeks

At least you can get hopeful! I still have 5 more weeks... but at my next appointment I'm going to ask about self induction and see what my doc says since I'll be 36weeks then. Good luck mama!
