Yesterday I had a busy day. I went out of town and did a lot of walking at the mall and also a lot of standing and then came back into town and went to the fair twice and did some more walking (A lot). Now today I am very sore in the abdomen area feet and legs is that normal because I don't walk like this everyday. I'm 20 weeks

Yes it can. Specially if you didn't stay hydrated or pace yourself throughout the days activities. But doing what you did with how far along you are it might no have mattered. I was barely 10 weeks when I went to a reptile show at 9 in the morning, walked around that, then walked around a giant flea market, then walked down a flight of stadium stairs (and back up) granite that had air condition. But my feet were so sore, my back was a mess (already have a bad back as well) but I just rested the next and looked back on the day and was happy I did it all. Take a cool shower (but not to cold) lay down, prop your feet and enjoy a good nights rest (if possible) I know its not that easy anymore. If you notice the swelli g isn't going down at all then you may need to go to the hospital (since doc offices are normally closed on sundays)
