preg test

I usually have a cycle of 25-27 days. This month, its 28 days and i've not got my periods yet. I'm married for 4 months now and ttc. I did a preg test on the 28th day and it was negative. Did i do the HPT to quickly? When should i actually do? Should i wait?

Hi Abbie i just did a preg test yesterday which was + me and my hubby been trying for 3 months, i did my test one day after my due date for my period and it came up + straight away, it was a clear blue test so maybe try that brand as i think they are sensive and i didnt test in the morning and it still came up after about 5 seconds x good luck xx

Hello,
Its all depends on your HCG levels, your HCG levels might be not showning up yet, see i tested positive the day i was suppost to start but everyone is different. Fisrt thing morning urine will give you the best results, you could wait another week and test again or you could go and get a blood pregnancy done, I heard you can find out right away doing that. Also you are only a day late, that could be for many reasons, stress, change in diet ect.
