HOT FEET AND HANDS !??
I get really hot feet and hands majority of the time it occurs at night and its really bad to the point it stops me from sleeping. Anyone have similar issues, can relate? Or know why ?
Nope they havent started swelling yet. They juet get really hot along with my hands and stop me from getting sleep.
It's cause your body has doubled it's blood supply, same reason why we feel more miserable in the summer then most. It's the hormones :/ best thing that helped me was a fan on constantly.
