HOW OFTEN ???
I made a post earlier about trying to have a successful vbac . and and my choice is EPO . at least until the Dr says my cervix is thinning . then I might try castor oil . how should I take EPO and how often should I walk and have sex
Never took epo but i walked every night for 30 minutes. Had sex or an orgasm and had my daughter at 38+3.
