Hair Dye?

Can I dye my hair? If its amonia free? Or would it hurt my baby? Please help!

Yes, the salon is more ventilated and they use dyes that have less chemicals then Wal-Mart dye. Also be aware that when your pregnant you have lots if hormones and they can affect what color your hair turns out. I made that mistake, I had the prettiest blonde hair that everyone admired and I want something different, a brown just bc I was having a moment. I did it 3 times and still hate it. It's like copper with rust tint in the sun and I hate it. I still cry! I don't think I will ever get my hair back :(

No you can do it yourself if you want to just make aure you are in a well ventialted area so youre not just breathing the fumes.

Ok so after the first trimester I can? But only at the salon?

I've done mine 3 times. Doctor said it was fine after first trimester. And so it at a salon not at home.

Its best to wait until after the first trimester. And not recommended to bleach it. Other then that its totally safe.
