Sore Back? I have a good tip for ya(:
When I was at my check up I asked the nurse what I could do for my sore back and she said to heat up a small towel or hand rag for about 45-60in the microwave and put it in a small/tiny trash bag or walmart bag and then to lay on it under your back.
I have used this and it feels SO good lol (: Hope this helps yall(:
