38w3d super swollen down there
Everytime i move rather. Its sitting down up or standing it honestly feels like i had sex for hours n hours im swollen and in so much pain. Im only 3cm.and 70% effaced :/ idk what to do
It's normal, and will go away once you give birth. It's due to the increased blood flow to the area as well as the baby putting pressure on you.
