15 weeks sharp pains shooting into vagina?

What could this be? Should I be concerned? I have not been seen in over a month. This is my 4th pregnancy last ending in miscarriage. Never had this before.

I have been standing around not sure its a muscle. Though it could have been cervix at first. But it starts at the top  and shoots downward.
Just was very painful every time it made me bend over in pain.
Have not been seen by a Dr and I know I have an infection.
Just not wanting to waste time in er today.
I do not see Dr until the 16th. I will be 17 weeks.
Maybe just being to worrisome.

I get shooting pains there all the time my doctor said its fine its just pressure for the baby and everything moving and stretching . I wouldn't be worried

Did you maybe move the wrong way or stretch too far? The only time I feel those pains are when I try to roll over. Are they just in your vagina or do they travel upwards?
