What you can do is drink orange juice or a glass of cold water; works for me!

I'm in the same position, I am one day ahead of you and I feel her little during the day but the only time I really feel her a lot is during the night time when I'm ready to go to sleep; I also freaked out but Dr. Said that it's normal so their is nothing to really worry about!

Its harder for your baby to move at this point cause its running out of room. My doctor said if you can count 6 movements in a 2 hr period, atleast once a day, you're fine :)
