That's exactly what it is hun....everything is getting pushed up and aside as your uterus grows. I am 25weeks6days with my 3rd baby and this pregnancy and my one last year with my 1 year old is the same way. I have kind of a dip in the middle at my waistline/belly button area. I believe it took until I was about 30-32 weeks for it to fully round out. Doctors werent worried at all. Everybody is built differently and our bodies all handle/show pregnacy differently too :)

I have this (I'm 22wks) all the time....mine hardens when my acid reflex acts up and I start to get sick from it! Its like all my muscles above my belly button tense up and makes it hard! My doctor isn't concerned with it either! He said because all the organs are so close together the slightest gas problem will constrict the stomach muscles. You normally get this lower when not pregnant and not as bad because your organs have room to move around when it happens!

Baby could be up higher....Just exploring and playing...I feel my little one up there every once in a while. :) Pretty sure it's normal, if it concerns you I would ask your doctor, just to make sure :)
