For those who are dealing with constipation :)
Just thought I'd let you know that water and apple sauce helps!
Oh heck yes it does lol and apple juice :) i buy one just for that cause that nobody can drink so my man knows evreytime i get a cup full well he no wats up lol !
It doesn't cause diarrhea.. Lol it stops it. Which is why it doesn't usually help when you're constipated. But hey if it's helping you then that's perfect! Lol anything to get you to go right?
Not mixed together...separate. and for some reason, it's been helping me lol. No diarrhea
Actually Apple sauce is part of the b.r.a.t diet, which is used to constipated when you have diarrhea. I wouldn't test that lol
