well 3dpo and my lower back is killing me iv had dizzy spells too this morning and with that felt very nauseous good sign or totally coincidental also when i stand up or stretch out i get a tugging sensation in my tummy low down i also feel like im gunna get af anytime soon :(

3 dpo is too soon for implantation and any signs of pregnnacy but that does not mean you are nto going to get yoru BFP!!!! You do not also get a second surge of progesterone either unless you are pregnant! Progesterone tests are done right after O the day or two days after for this reason, to test at the highest. A triphasic BBT doesn't always but is a good sign of implantation! Good luck to the two of you

i feel really silly asking these questions as its still really early but the body goes thru major changes too in the early stages i lost my last baby at xmas this last year and had the dizziness with that one too but i cant remember if it stareted this early i remember feeling naseous for a few days very early on tho so fingers crossed things will be looking good for us both good luck to you  sending you BABY DUST x

I've had a significant dizzy spell earlier this week, too (7dpo).  I was able to attribute it to another surge of progesterone, as evidenced by my BBT the following morning. This may be the reason for your dizziness. . . . I hope you feel relief soon and get what you want during the 2ww.
