That happened to me up until I had my daughter. I couldn't get dressed, roll over in bed or anything it SUCKED I thought I would go into labor early and never did.
Nicole I got myself a yoga ball it really helped me down there with that stretching bone pulling apart feeling. I was also able to loosen my hips and pop them which aleviated my sciatica pain. I also find when I force myself to cross my legs or keep them close together it hurts.
does it get any better???when does baby actually drop, could that be why?

I'm 28 weeks and mine started at 27 weeks. Feels like they are going to pop with every step lol but yessss!
