hi i am 19 weeks pregnant and i woke up throwing up today like crazy i cant keep nothing down i am having  a fever and my back start hurting i dont know what to do i text my bf he is u just have  a rough pregnancy since i found out i was pregnant i always throw up though
please i am worried i need some advice

I agree with GRose.  You need to call your doctor.

If you have a fever as well as vomiting you're having more than a rough pregnancy, you have a virus. Make sure you're staying well hydrated, thats the biggest thing. I would put a call into your OB just to let him know how you are feeling and to ask if there is anything you can take.
If you have been throwing up your whole pregnancy I'm surprised your OB hasn't prescribed you an anti-nausea medication. I would make sure you mention that the vomiting is an ongoing thing if you haven't already.
