Having issues sleeping.

So I'm about 9-10 weeks pregnant. I've been having horrible issues falling asleep and then staying asleep. Not sure if normal? I read somewhere online that it's my bodies way of getting me ready for when the baby comes?

Usually when I drink milk I get nauseas.i toss and turn until I find a comfortable spot. But it only last a few seconds before I'm uncomfortable again.

It could be anything really. Where you're so early, you might just be anxious honestly. I would mention it to your Dr. Try to drink milk before bed and avoids sugar.
