Substitutions..
Ok so in 3hrs I will be 37wks!!!!!! Excited much??? But as you ladies know it is getting pretty cold. I try to walk twice a day one during the day and once in the evening but gets really cold &I don't have a treadmill. Any advice on substituting for my evening walks?
You could walk around your house or go to the mall or somewhere indoors where you won't look too crazy! :-)
I thought about that but was wondering will it have the same impact as walking around a track?
What about just pacing back and forth around your house? :) or walking in place to your fave tv show?
