Headache HELP!

For the past 3 days, right around the evening time I start to get a painful headache.  Right now I am 13wks pregnant. I am still throwing up every now and then after I eat. It's hard for me to sit and have a good meal. Other than that, all I know is that Tylenol is the only safe pain medication in pregnancy? Or does anyone know if there is something that I can take, that would help ease the pain.  I just took Tylenol about 4 hours ago ... :'( I usually take Tylenol PM because I can't sleep what so ever at night.

Suggestions? :) Thanks

My sister and my sister-in-law were the same way (with food and vomiting anyway). I would bring it up to your doctor at your next appointment. You may be dehydrated from not getting enough nutrients and fluids over the past few days, hence the headache today. I mean I'm no doctor so don't take my word for it but that might be it.

Your doctor may have something you could take. You're like a step away from the 2nd trimester when things are supposed to level out and get better so hopefully there is an end in sight!

if it stays like this or gets worse i would call your ob and talk to them about what you should do, if the throwing up is getting bad then they can give you an anti-nausea medication. lots and lots of water. you can also ask your doc what you can do about the headaches. sorry i dont have a better answer for you but Joy is right, the only thing we can take is tylenol.

Just Tylenol. No Ibuprofen. No Advil, no Aleve.

Throwing up personally gives me headaches. Also dehydration gives you headaches. It sounds like throwing up might be causing you to be dehydrated so you feel weak and just blah. If you begin to have symptoms of severe dehydration you'll need to get IV fluids. So between meals make sure you're getting tons of fluids if you can keep them down!
