Hi guys, I'm 35w &2d preggo . But I have this headache since the morning :/ I don't know what to do! I don't really want to try any medicine , I took a small nap but no results. Should I call my midwife?

Put a wet wash cloth over your eyes and forehead turn the lights off and tv off lay in complete silence and darkness for 30 min .... That helps my migraines
