Headaches,back pain,contractions help

So headaches have been going on for last past week ive tryed some stuff some mommys told me here but nothing:( now lower back pain and contraction but far apart they come n go... sleeping it off is not an option because ever 2 hours or so i have to switch sides plz help ftm and cant see my ob till tomorrow afternoon?? Im 37weeks and 5 days due may17th

Well ive tryed really warm baths and ice packs but still nothing but im gonna try just sticking my feet and is any muscle rub okay? And thank you for responding i just dnt know wat to expect

Did you try putting your feet in really warm water then a bag of cold peas on the back of your neck? It sounds weired but when I has a horrible migrane for like 2 days my sister looked up home remedies and this was like one of thw top ones and for the back pain best I've found was muscle rub which my dr. Okayed but it only lasts for so long =/
