Am I still pregnant?

I just found out I was pregnant 6-18-10. I have been having some spotting and called the OBGYN on Monday cause the bleeding was concerning me. Went to the Dr appointment 6-23-10. My levels were all normal. The dr said that I am 6 weeks and 0 days, the egg emplanted it self really low thats why im having the bleeding, but no heart beat and my sac is deformed according to ultra sound and blood test. I really hope Im not having  a misscarage. I go for more blood work tomorrow please pray for me I just want everything to be ok!
