Health advise....pls.

Got married in 2008 at my age 32. Now I'm 34. Last March I lost my right FT due to ectopic pregnancy. After 6 months, Now with Dr's advise started to try to conceive. My question is, -  Before Marriage I had periods 2 and half full days. After marriage I had 2 days some times, And 2 1/2, like that. Now (after the ectopic surgery, started to try to conceive ) In this month I am having low level of bleeding. i.e. one full pad. What is the reason for the changes? Is it shows my Low hormone level?  is it normal to conceive? Pls reply asap....
Thanks in Advance..

I got pregnant with my daughter and my periods were nothing more than spotting for several days.  However, the spotting was always within a normal 26 to 28 day cycle and I did always ovulate.   What my doctor told me was that as long as there is some blood, your periods are regular, your cycle is at least 24 days long, and you know you are ovulating (using OPK) then everything is fine and you should be able to get pregnant. I would also tell your doc about it just to be sure everything is fine.  Good luck!
