Headaches

I've been getting headaches a lot, and I really don't like taking pills for them, is there any other ways I can get rid of them?

I didn't use anything w mine but my friend said u ca. Use the strips on ur forehead when pregnant and it really helped her. Check w chemist just to make sure though . I just did lots of self head massage.

I had crazy headaches up till bout a mth ago im 22 wks...they told me thAt it was from hormones as well...sucked do bad...

I'm the same I suffered with loads and I took none I know I was aloud powersetimol, however I was told it was hormone changes, they last for 8-10 days. I still get them but not as bad, do what you need to do, hope this helps good luck. X
