Make sure to always eat with prenantals. If you take them on an empty stomach you will throw up

Prenatals just help give you and your baby the nutrients we normally lack in general.  Our bodys don't fully provide everything we need (not enough atleast). I would suggest to take prenatals so like the other ladies mentioned try gummie prenatals.  They may work better with your stomach to gold them down.  Not taking your prenatals doesn't harm your baby but considering we lack most of everything we need ourselves it's better to take supplements to better off the growth of your baby.

If prenatals  make you sick, u can temporarily stop until u are 12 weeks. But do not give up on folic acid. It's highly important in the first trimester. Normally they say 400 micrograms of folic acid is the requirement but you can take more as I take 5 mg a day due to my obs advice.

If you are healthy already, yes your baby will be fine because the baby will draw its nutrients from you. However, they still have iron and folic acid that are very important to the child's growth.

My mom learned the hard way when my brother and I drained all her calcium and had to get false teeth. I don't mean that to scare you, but all the people saying it's okay haven't dealt with the long term effects. It can effect your child later in life too, not just you. My doctor stressed prenatals more than anything. Doctor's advice is more important than any of us can give you. Just remember that it's for the health of you and your baby. The good outweighs the bad tremendously.

My doctor had me stop taking my prenatal while I was going threw morning sickness. I'm back in them now and I'm fine. If it's too strong for your stomach I would try the gummy ones and if it still makes you sick I would stop till morning sickness is gone

I mean they are important I guess but it won't hurt the baby if you don't take them right now. I was the same way. I found out the generic brand of prenatals at Wal-Mart were the ones that worked the best for me. But it was only the generic brand. I tried getting a fancier looking brand but it made me puke so I stuck to generic. It's honestly not bad. My baby is fine and I was the same way. Now ready to give birth soon. And she's healthy as can be. If its really that bad my baby would be dead or something because even though I take them I forget to take them everyday. I've met women that have done cocaine being prego and her baby came out fine so I'm positive missing some days won't effect the baby at all.

Yes, they are important to you and your growing child's health- you need to take them.

Try switching the Times...if they make you sick in the morning...try them at night and vice versa. Try eating a small meal with them. Just find a way that works.

I don't mean this to be rude, but I'm 37 weeks and the worst is yet to come. Pregnancy is beautiful, but towards the end it is a lot harder. You can get through it, don't quit on the prenatals because they make you sick, your baby is depending on you taking those. Just keep that mind set, everything no matter how hard, is for your precious baby.

Good luck and I hope things get better for you.
