taurine in energy drinks
Ftm at 5 months. :) does the v8 fusion +energy have taurine in it? I'm aware that it is the equivalent to 90 mg of caffiene, but what about the taurine?
I did. Lol couldnt find it on there. Some websites say yes and some say no. I guess I shouldn't drink it regardless right? Lol
