Heartburn please HELP!!
Omg!! I've never in my life had heart burn till this pregnancy and it's been non stop for 2 days now. It's almost making me want to throw up. What can I do?
Tues are going to be your buddy. My doctor also said zantac was safe to, and he recommends using for heartburn and acid reflux.
I drink lots of water and take an antacid. Stay away from spicy foods and chocolate.
