Heartburn :(

Do anybody have any remedies that will help with heartburn?..this is my 3rd pregnancy never had to deal with heartburn the first two times...this really *****!!

I took tums and drank cold water and also slept with my head propped up a little.

Also try eating smaller meals more times a day than eating larger meals 3 times a day.

Pepcid is a life saver!

Thanks so much ladies I will most definitely try it! My doctor told me to try a warm apple it didn't help

Heartburn really does suck, try drinking a glass of milk that always helped me

The usual milk, tums, and sleeping with your head and neck propped up at an angel. Hope this helps
