Is there anything I can take to ease it off? It's gotten so bad at night I can't stand it! I haven't really ate anything today that I can think to cause it. But can I take like tums or anything?

I get it only at night you can have up to 5-7 in a 24 hour period and that the extra strength ones I just read my bottle sitting next to the bed I also drink water constantly through the night to help battle it with my tums

I get it bad at night too, so I just suck on tums & that does it for the night cause nothing else seems to have helped

You can have up to like 5 tums a day. I suggest the strawberry flavor cause they are the best tasting ones!

Tums should be fine. Just don't over do it lol. What helps with me is drinking lots of water. Once I feel a heartburn coming on I drink water and that usually does the trick for me
