YESTERDAY,  I LIFT A 35 LB BOX, I DIDN'T HAVE NO BLEEDING OR CRAMPING JUST BACK HURTS. I STILL GOT MY PREGNANCY SYOMTHNS (I HOPE THAT'S HOW YOU SPELL IT) MY DOCTOR APPOINTMENT IS THIS THURSDAY I'M 4 WKS AND 5 DAYS. MY BACK BEEN HURTING LIKE THIS EVER SINCE I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT. PLEASE HELP? I'M WORRY!

Okay. I will talk to my doctor on Thursday. Thank you ladies. Let you know what the doctor said.

Just depends on what's normal...I'm carrying my daughter all the time and she's 33 lbs.  So just don't over do it... You can usually figure out your limits.  Good luck.

I lifted my entire pregnancy (still do occasionally 31 weeks).. at 1 point a 50 Pound bag of freaking onions.. N e who ... lift with your legs or your hips when u get bigger never your back or your stomach . should be fine sounds like u just lifted wrong, babies still too small to be affected by that it's when u get bigger and put pressure on baby with frontal abs at least that's what my doc told me.. try to take it easy tho

If you have no cramps or bleeding you should be fine but be careful with lifting. Im 8 weeks and my back hurts as well, heating pads help. Congrats and i hope you feel better!

Try not to lift heavy things it could cause a miscarriage but back pain is normal its goin alot of months of feelin back pain especially when he gets bigger im 32 weeks and I have sever back pain almost everyday try using a heatin pad if it gets to bad
