Heavy Lifting at almost 35weeks.????

Hi Ladies, I have a 1 year old son he wieghts 22lbs. I try not to carry him a lot cause im pregnant with my 2nd and when I do carry my son I feel pressure on my tummy. Is it bad.?? And does it cause any complications on labor or defects on the baby.?? I'll be seeing my doctor on Tuesday so I'll well tell her bout it. Any opinions/experience.???

My daughter is 18 months and weighs 33lbs she's very fat and heavy and I carry her all the time cause I have too. My.old dr said not to carry heavy things cause it can cause placenta to move or rapture but 22lbs isn't going to do that much. You should be fine :-) if your worried don't carry him so much

I'm 33 weeks and I have two other children 40 lbs each and I carry them often, I've never had a problem cause usually you can continue your daily "exercise" routines, but if it does hurt you and you notice the pattern then maybe it is harming you.
