OT: My daughter has NO shame.

Ivy's gunna be a year old October 10th and she's got quite the personality.
Everyone that sees her when we're in public are just ga-ga over her I always get compliments on how cute she is n what not. lol

But I kinda have a thing for not wanting to be in quiet places in public for long amounts of time because Ivy makes it COMPLETELY obvious when she's pooping.

She's ALWAYS been like that, but when they're little bitty you can't really tell if they're grunting for a poo or just grunting for the sake of grunting. lol

So we're at the human services office and Ivy's standing at the window looking outside, then all of a sudden she squats and starts grunting away!
Face bright red, eyes watery, the works.

There was like 15 people in the room and everyone is looking at her, then back at me and then back at her, laughing.
I'm embarrassed cuz when's the last time you saw some little kid doing something like that in that manor!?

That's not the first time she's done that to me, but the last couple times weren't as bad cuz we were in the grocery store and she was sitting in my cart and there wasn't too many people in the isle with us. lmao.

Does anyone else have this issue with their baby?
lmao
I've never seen a lil baby do ANYTHING like she does.
Most times when a baby poo's you dunno about it till you smell it.
Ivy has NO shame. She grunts to where it's almost like something you'd see in a comedy movie whether it ends in just something as simple as a toot, or a full blown stank poo.
And another thing, this kid actually LAUGHS when she farts.
omg. lmao

I think she's just been hanging around with daddy too much lately...

you should start potty training her now.  when she starts doing the poop face, run her to the toilet.

once you get her in the mood to go to the toilet, then she will want to go there instead of in her pants.

She gets plenty of juice.
And I try to keep her diet very well balanced with fruits and fiber.
She doesn't have hard stools, they're normal like a penut butter consistancy.
She just must like to make alot of noise. lmao

does she get much juice?  maybe it is difficult for her.

Then there is just the possibility that she enjoys embarassing you (kidding)

My 16 month old granddaughter walks over to the corner of the room or behind something and grunts away, but doesn't make TOO much noise.  She definitely hides though.  The other day, my DH (her grandfather) ripped a little noise himself, and all she could say was "uh oh"...LMAO.  She must have thought grandpa pooped his pants too...

lmao isn't that cute! I couldn't help but laugh after reading your post, which really made my day because I have been feeling really bad since this morning. :) I think all little kids laugh when they fart, my son did it for a very long time. Even in public. He would try to make it as loud as he could because "he wants everyone to laugh" his words, not mine. :)

It sounds to me like she just a normal 1 year old who likes to embarrass Mommy, LOL
