Could i be pregnant? please, read!
My fiance is a marine. He graduated and recieved leave the whole month of december. We had alot of unprotected sex. for the most part he pulled out. I thought that I was definately pregnant due to several symptoms but i ended up starting my period although it was weird. we continued to still have sex on it and it did not hurt or make my vagina feel raw like a normal period does so it felt like i was just bleeding. soon after i started to have a tremendous amount of discharge, it's very watery and thin, my fiance actually stated one time that i was oozin. I have had heartburn, nauseau, vomitting, extremely sore nipples, i even have tiny wholes in my nipples that i have never noticed before. i took several hpts and they came up negative. we continued to have sex until he left. at about 6 days after he left i started to spot some brown stuff. very similar to when i'm about to start my period. i figured that's what it was because it usually starts out that way and gets heavier but the spotting stopped within a day and a half. i was supposed to start my real period today but i havent. i went to the dr yesterday for an annual check up and the unrine test came back negative. my good friend who just had a baby told me that none of her hpts came back positive until she was three months pregnant. is it possible that i could still be pregnant even though they have all said negative?
Okay most HPTs are sensitive enough to pick up the pregnancy hormone HCG very early in pregnancy so when people say they didn't get a positive until 3 months that can be very confusing to people. It is RARE. You can take a First Response test anytime you want at this point if your period does not begin. It is the most sensitive and most reliable test on the market. The tests at your doctor's office usually test 100+ MIU of HCG but First Response has been clinically tested to detect HCG at as low as 12 MIU.
